WakeProof Accessibility
Use this page as a public accessibility summary for App Store Connect after real-device evaluation.
Accessibility features to evaluate
- VoiceOver: Major controls use visible text labels or explicit accessibility labels, hints, values, and selected traits. Home status updates are announced when scheduling, permission, repair, or deletion results change.
- Voice Control: Primary actions use visible command names such as Add alarm, Timer, Open one-time alarm, One-time alarm, Start listening, Check phrase, Check answer, Stop alarm, Settings, and Save.
- Switch Control: Common tasks use tappable controls with visible labels and do not require gesture-only input.
- Control Size: Custom alarm, timer, quick nap, challenge fallback, and destructive action controls are evaluated against Apple's 44x44 pt iOS button hit-region guidance.
- Assistive Access: Evaluate the simplified task path for creating alarms, starting timer rounds, and using permission fallbacks before claiming support.
- Larger Text: Alarm lists, alarm editor, timer controls, quick nap sheet, settings, and challenge fallback controls adapt for accessibility Dynamic Type sizes.
- Dark Interface: WakeProof supports the system color scheme and explicit Light, Dark, and System appearance settings.
- Differentiate Without Color Alone: Status, warnings, selected options, and challenge states use text, icons, traits, and enabled states in addition to color.
- Reduced Motion: Alarm and timer animations respond to Reduce Motion.
- Reduce Transparency: Glass panels and the full-screen backdrop switch to opaque adaptive backgrounds when the system Reduce Transparency setting is enabled.
